Garnish understands the importance of knowing when your purchase will arrive at your door. As a result, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. For orders with an expedited request, shipping will occur the same day as long as the order is received by 2pm EST. USPS Priority Mail should be received within 2-3 business days, from the time of shipping.

Garnish guarantees packages are placed in the shipping transit service. However, from there we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. In the unlikely event there is a problem with a missing shipment, please contact us at orders@thinkgarnish.com and we will do our best to assist you in tracking the shipment.

Shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order, and the method of shipping you select. Garnish shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous States and the provinces of Canada. If you require a shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or the Northwest Territories, please contact us at orders@thinkgarnish.com for information on additional shipping charges.

A note to our Canadian customers. Shipments to Canada are via USPS International Priority. Shipping times average 6-10 business days. If you would like your order via a next day air service, please contact orders@thinkgarnish.com for a quote.

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Garnish is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes and is the responsibility of the receiver.

Please Garnish responsibly. Keep in mind that all of our products can and should be recycled. Take the time to ensure when you are finished with a Garnish product that it ends up in your recycling bin. It is just as easy to respect our environment as it is to add a little Garnish!

Garnish does it's bit to help keep our planet green. In our office we recycle all paper, use CFL light bulbs, power down our computers, and be sure to shut off our lights at the end of our day.

Nothing pleases us more than a satisfied customer and Garnish strives for excellence in every facet of our business. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you have received please return to us within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping.

1. Please email Garnish (orders@thinkgarnish.com) for a return authorization number (RA#)
2. A return form will be emailed to you. Please fill out the entire return form and include it in the shipment
3. Please include a copy of the original receipt or packaging slip
4. Properly package the product in a protective cardboard box for return shipment

To ensure we receive your return, it's always best to use a shipping company that includes insurance and provides a tracking number for the package. Garnish reserves the right to refuse delivery of packages that do not have prior approval.

Once your return is received and processed, you will be refunded via the original method of payment for the full purchase price of your merchandise, less the shipping costs.
