"These are the perfect color. Do you think they would work for a mini creme brulee? Would the whole thing catch on fire when the torch got near it? - Creme Brulee would be yummy and there will be no safety hazards with the torch!"

"how many ounces do these hold and what color are they? it is hard to tell on my monitor. What I am thinking of is individual peach cobblers for our women's ministry to make to sell after church when everyone is starving. Do you think these would work? Thanks - I LOVE your website and ideas, they are amazing!!

Jeanne - Excellent idea and this is the perfect product! They are chocolate brown with a poly-coated lining for easy release. Not sure on the ounces but the dimensions are: bottom diameter is 2 3/8" sidewall is 1 9/16" top diameter is 3 5/8""
