When the weather is warm, we often look to our freezers to provide relief.  Sure, you might crack open the door to let a little blast of cool air waft over your face.  But there's nothing better than a scoop of ice cream to cool your soul.  Except if you're swapping ice cream with your besties!

• give your guests at least 2 weeks notice so they'll have plenty of time to get the ice cream churning
• invite everyone to join in by providing them with two (or more) pint size containers with the non-vented lids
• use the square clear labels to make something cute for the event and leave a space for everyone to write their flavors on
• don't every forget it doesn't have to be homemade...just Garnished!
• take your favorite softened vanilla ice cream and add in your favorite cookie or candy crunch, fruits or nuts
• have a few coolers filled with ice on the ready to store the ice cream
• make a master list of all the varieties (so decisions can be made without losing all the cold air from the cooler)
• as everyone heads on home, have them grab their two pints (or more) as they head on out the door
